• Hot Weather & Distant Locations: We strongly recommend selecting UPS 2nd Day Air for orders shipping during warm seasons, to overseas destinations, or to southern states.

Product Condition Upon Arrival:

• Products may arrive fully thawed. However, since the meat is cured and vacuum-sealed, it remains safe at room temperature for a few days.

• The recipient is responsible for placing the products in a working freezer immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped only on Mondays (excluding weeks with a national holiday).
